Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with DAPPER. We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns

• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Sale items, accessories (caps,keychains, etc.), and gift cards are non-returnable.

🔄 Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

💰 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
